Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Specifications :

• Poster size is A1 (Width 594mm x Height 841mm)
• Poster Set up: Wednesday, 24^th July 2024 16:00 – 18:00
• Poster Tear down: Saturday, 27^th July 2024 13:00 – 15:00

1. How much space do I have for the posters?
   The size of the poster panel is 1829 X 914mm and it will fit 2 posters. The poster board is self standing and double sided. Each poster will be given a code which will be shown on the board. Please find your code and attach your poster to the panel with the matching code.
   Note: Please bring your own Velcro tape as it will not be provided by the organiser. Nailing, pinning, stapling, gluing etc are not allowed
2. Make certain that you reach the audience with your poster.
   The recommended size of the poster is A1 (594mm x 841mm) portrait. Each poster should indicate title, authors, affiliation and poster code. The contents of the poster display must be easily read from a distance of 1.00m from the panel.
   
3. Do I need to submit a full paper regarding my poster?
   It is not required.
   
4. Poster presentation schedule
   You can present your poster to other participants during coffee and lunch breaks as scheduled in the program on 25th – 26th July 2024 and to the judges during official judging.
   
5. Judging
   Presenters need to be present during judging. You will be informed of the exact date and time after your poster has been accepted for presentation.
6. Copyright
   By presenting a poster in MHCC2024, the Congress Organising Committee assumes the right to use images (with reference to the author) in future activities.
